We will ship our orders within 4 business days after receiving the payments.
We ship worldwide, offering 2 shipping methods as below :
SpeedPost (EMS)
Best and fastest of all shipping method with full tracking information. Delivers worldwide in 3-5 working days. If shippment is lost with this method, we will be responsible for 100% of your order amount, excluding shipping fee.
Post Office International Airmail with Registration
Tracking information provided once shipped. Delivers in 8-14 working days. If shippment is lost with this method, we will be responsible for 20% of your order amount, excluding shipping cost.
Returns Policy
We could not accept any item being returned due to a changed mind. Also, you cannot attempt to return an order once the payment comfirmation has been submitted. So, please make your purchasing decision carefully. If, for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations as the product are damaged or faulty. You must advise us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail to info@km-rc.com. Buyer is responsible for all expenses for shipping the item back to us, and also return it in non-used condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable in any situation.
Returns: place the sales receipt or a copy of it, inside a well cushioned package with the product being returned. Then ship it and insured to the address below.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We are not always able to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. |
